Milano Design Week 2018

Held from 17 to 22 April, Milano Design Week highlights the best furnishing products, strengthening the process of globalization that has been undertaken by them.

The 2018 edition of Salone del Mobile.Milano fair is composed by different exhibitions spread over the various pavilions in Rho Fiera Milano:

Salone Internazionale del Mobile and International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition, boasting more than 2,000 exhibitors from all over the world; EuroCucina (International Biennial Kitchen Exhibition) and FTK (Technology for the Kitchen) introducing the latest innovation in kitchen furnishing; International Bathroom Exhibition boasting the best of bathroom furniture; SaloneSatellite, dedicated to young, emerging designers under 35 and serves as a launch pad into the world of design, and Workplace 3.0, an innovative display area dedicated to design and new technologies to re-design the different workplaces.

In addition to these exhibitions, we remind you Fuorisalone 2018, the set of events distributed in different areas of Milan that take place at the International Furniture Fair and attracts every year a lot of tourists from all over the world. The Fuorisalone should not be understood as a trade fair event, it has no central organization and is not managed by a single institutional body: it was spontaneously born in the early '80s by the will of companies active in the field of furniture and industrial design. Currently sees expansion to many related sectors, including automotive, technology, telecommunications, art, fashion and food.
