Behind every journey is an operational back office that handles route planning, flight and schedule tracking and real-time support. Our chauffeurs are trained through an in-house academy, and both driver and vehicle are matched to your preferences, down to details such as the chauffeur's chosen fragrance.

Yes. We coordinate refined group travel for delegations, corporate teams, international fairs and conferences, weddings, private celebrations and VIP guests, combining sedans, SUVs, vans, minibuses and luxury coaches, including our bespoke Limovan and Limobus, alongside support vehicles, helicopters and boats where required where the occasion calls for it. The true value lies less in the vehicle than in the orchestration of timing, boarding logistics, guest manifests and real-time coordination. For larger or more intricate movements in Italy or abroad, a member of our team can act as an on-site coordinator.

Our airport meet and greet service covers arrivals, departures and connections with equal care. On arrival, a greeter welcomes you at the gate or the nearest authorised point where procedures allow, guides you through the terminal, assists with hand luggage, and hands you over seamlessly to your Moveolux chauffeur, with priority passport control and fast-track arranged where available. On departure, you are met at the terminal entrance and accompanied through check-in, luggage handling and security guidance, while connecting passengers are escorted from the arriving flight to the next gate. Porter coordination is available on request as an extra service, alongside tax refund assistance, check-in queue management and security or passport guidance on departure. The same attentive meet and greet assistance can be arranged across major Italian, European and international airports and selected railway stations, subject to local procedures and service availability.
