Moveolux can operate across Italy, throughout Europe and in selected international destinations, with a strong focus on cities, airports, business hubs, leisure destinations and luxury locations. Wherever the journey leads, the standard of service and coordination remains the same.
Yes, where operationally possible. Thanks to the coordination of our operations team and the flexibility of the service, Moveolux can accommodate last-minute itinerary changes. We remain measured, however: such changes depend on availability, traffic, distances, authorisations, weather and local partners, and may carry additional costs.
For travel advisors, our recommended principle is that Moveolux communicates through the advisor and does not contact the end client directly, unless otherwise requested or authorised. This lets the advisor preserve the client relationship while Moveolux handles the operational execution of the services. Updates, confirmations, schedule changes and logistical details are shared first with the advisor, who decides how to relay them; direct contact during live operations is arranged only if agreed.
