We can support conferences, corporate events, hospitality programmes, delegations, incentives, productions, private events and international programmes with the same standard of coordination.
Yes. Moveolux can coordinate VIP mobility separately from general guest flows, which is particularly valuable for corporate events, high-profile guests, institutional figures or sensitive delegations. The separation may involve dedicated vehicles, selected chauffeurs, tailored schedules, reserved pickup and drop-off points, Meet and Greet, alternative routes and discreet, distinct communications. VIP guests can therefore receive individual attention without interfering with shuttles or general movements.
Yes. For events, meetings, delegations and complex programmes, Moveolux can assign a single operational point of contact to coordinate mobility before and throughout the event, including on site. This contact manages briefings, updates, timing, arrivals and departures, last-minute changes and the coordination of vehicles, drivers, hotels, venues, airports and VIP guests. The client, agency or planner need never deal with multiple suppliers: Moveolux centralises communication and maintains operational consistency.
Yes. Moveolux can manage mobility for complex events and large groups, including gatherings of several hundred guests, provided the brief is planned in advance and fleet, staffing and logistics are scaled accordingly.
