1. Commitment to Accessibility
Moveolux S.r.l. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Law 4/2004 (the “Stanca” Law) and the UNI CEI EN 301 549 standards (based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA), to the best of its operational and financial capabilities.
2. Conformance Status
Partially conformant: the site is not yet fully accessible.
3. Non-accessible Content
The following content is not accessible due to non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004:
- C.9.1.1.1 – Some images lack a descriptive
altattribute, making their content incomprehensible for blind users. - C.9.1.3.1 – Interface components (forms, buttons, links) are not always associated with accessible labels (
label,aria-label, etc.); there are also empty headings and duplicate IDs. - C.9.1.4.3 – Insufficient contrast between text and background in various sections, below the minimum required ratio of 4.5:1.
- C.9.1.4.4 – The
meta viewportattribute limits maximum zoom to 1, preventing text enlargement and hindering readability for low-vision users. - C.9.2.4.1 – Not all content provides a mechanism to skip repetitive blocks (e.g., navigation).
- C.9.2.4.3 – Keyboard focus order is not always consistent with visual content order, causing navigation confusion.
- C.9.2.4.6 – Headings (
<h1>…<h6>) do not follow a coherent hierarchy and include empty or non-informative tags. - C.9.3.2.2 – Changes in content during form interaction may occur unexpectedly and without notification.
- C.9.4.1.2 – Many interactive components (buttons, sliders, forms) do not properly define accessible name, role, state, or value, and do not announce changes to assistive technologies.
- C.9.4.1.2 – Some elements use invalid or incomplete
ariaattributes, undermining interaction with screen readers. - C.9.4.1.2 (iframed) – Iframes lack a
titleattribute, making their content difficult to understand for users of assistive technologies.
