Beyond premium sedans, SUVs and vans, the offer can extend to luxury vans and minibuses, Limobus, luxury coaches, motorhomes, executive cars, water taxis, yachts or helicopters according to destination and brief. The vehicle becomes more than functional: it is part of the narrative of the stay or the event.

Moveolux works directly with the property's concierge, front office or guest relations team, becoming an operational extension of its hospitality service. The concierge can send requests, updates and guest preferences to a dedicated Moveolux contact, who coordinates vehicles, chauffeurs, timing, Meet and Greet, luggage, schedule changes and additional services. The hotel retains ownership of the guest relationship while Moveolux handles the operational side of mobility to standards consistent with the property.

Moveolux can operate either under its own brand or on a white-label basis under the hotel's brand, depending on the agreement with the property. As a white-label service, the vehicle, chauffeur, protocols, communications and on-board amenities can be calibrated to the property's language and standards, presenting mobility as a natural extension of the guest experience. In other cases the service is delivered as Moveolux-branded, particularly when the guest books directly or the partner prefers it.
