Junior Accountant

We are a luxury services company headquartered in Milan, with branch offices in Rome, Venice and Lugano, serving exclusively high-end clients. Our core business is chauffeur-driven car hire, but we also specialize in providing all types of luxury transportation solutions, including Limobus rental, supercars, boats and yachts, private jets, helicopters and related services. In addition, we offer complementary hospitality and reception services, including Concierge Service.

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for key accounting and administrative activities, supporting the daily management of internal processes and working closely with colleagues and company contacts.

Main responsibilities include:

• Managing outgoing invoices
• Checking purchase invoices
• Reconciling credit card statements
• General accounting
• First note accounting
• Administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 2/3 years of experience in a similar role
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise with collaborators and colleagues
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Willingness and openness to learning

Precision, organization, sense of responsibility and attention to detail complete the ideal candidate profile. Knowledge of English will be considered a plus.
